Steel Load-bearing Structure of administrative building

The thesis deals with the design of the load-bearing structure of an office building in Olomouc. The ground plan dimensions of the hall are 36 × 36 m, the height of the main nave is 17 m (4 GF), side 10. 7 m (3 GF). The spatial beam structure is formed by symmetrical transverse frame links in one direction, in the other direction by horizontal hinged elements. The roof structure is made of truss girders pin-supported on pillars at the main nave, and a flat roof beside the nave. The pillars are placed on the joints and spatial rigidity of the structure provides system of space bracings. The main material is S275.
The object of metropolitan significance on the street Benesova Brno

I design a group of buildings arranged in regular raster which responds to broader relations by supplementing built-up area of Brno-Ring and also with connection of historical town and development region. In the southern part the metropolitian object with prespace is designed, in the northern complex of administrative buildings and behind the roofing from the architect B. Fuchs there is regularly zoned park. The whole area is interconnected by rewriting of historical mark left by city walls, which passes through buildings and parks.

Master's thesis "Office building" is developed in the form of project documentation containing requirements according to applicable regulations. The proposed facility is located in Brno, in Židenice district. It's a three story building with flatroof and no basement. On the ground floor there are cafe, reception, technical facilities, offices and meeting rooms. Another offices and meeteng rooms are proposed in the second and the third floor.
Office building

The aim of this master's thesis is to design a low-energy office building in Lanškroun. There are three parts, documentation for building permission, a concept of HVAC documentation and multi-criteria assessment in SBToolCZ. The SBToolCZ evaluates of 39 standards, which are divided into four groups – environmental, social criteria, economics and management and location. The proposed building is two-storey, the ground floor is partly below ground level and is designed of reinforced concrete. The first floor is made of CLT panels. The building has a green roof. A green facade will be made on three sides of the ground floor. On the ground floor, there are reception, a meeting room, offices, a technical and storage facilities. On the first floor, there are offices with facilities for employees. Energy for heating and domestic hot water is provided by a condensing gas boiler. Ventilation in the building is provided by an air conditioning unit with heat recovery. There is an underground tank for collecting rainwater that is used for watering the garden and the green facade. The thesis is processed mainly in the software AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel and DEKSOFT.
The Adaptation of the BIO farm object

My final thesis elaborates on the project documentation of a renovated building, which was before a farm. The building is situated in the cadastral territory of the country Velké Kunětice and will have two above-grounds after the renovation. One section of the building will be topped with an extensive green roof, and the other will be equipped with a gable roof. The building will have a cuboid shape and will serve multiple purposes, including a residential flat for the owner, office space, a repair shop, and an agricultural warehouse. The original construction system is wall structural, which will be saved and filled with new load-bearing structures. The original structure of the ceiling over the first above-ground is made of ceramics board HURDIS, which is supported by steel beams. The new ceiling over the repair shop will be monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with an ETICS contact insulation system. Vertical structures consist of original autoclaved aerated concrete and ceramics blocks and new structures of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. The foundations of the building are made of foundation strips.
Construction technological project of administration building in Zlín-Luková

In this thesis is solved by building technological project of an office building in Zlin Januška Compressors - Lukov focusing on selected technological stage. Namely, the implementation of large wooden roof trusses and performing thermal insulation composite system. For these technological steps are processing all documents that are necessary for their implementation. It's technical report on construction technology project, time and financial plan of the building, study the implementation of major technological stages of the main building structure, design of the main building mechanisms, the project site equipment with appropriate drawings and calculations of the costs of site, technical regulations implementing the activities related to monitoring and test plans.
Multi-storey building for administrative purposes

This bachelors thesis deals with design of administrative building adjacent to a metalworking shed. The administrative building is statically independent on metalwork shed. Building is located in Brno. Floor plan of building is in shape of letter L. Axis distance of columns is 9m longitudinal and 7,5m transverse. Total length of building is 27m longitudinal and 15m transverse ( distance is measured between axis of columns). In narrow part of transverse is width of the building 7,5m. Ceiling is made of composite steel-concrete structure. Height of the building is 18,7m.
The Building on Obilní trh

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a modern and transparent office building in Brno on the Grain Market. Due to the proximity of the community garden, Špilberk and the incompleteness of the building of the environmental department in Brno, the Institute for the Environment was chosen. The building provides also catering and accommodation for guest collaborators, along with areas for office promotion, which include a lecture hall and a gallery. The shape of the building closes the southern part of the Grain Market and thanks to the vertical garden that forms the facade contributes to improving the microclimate.
